We respect your privacy. We collect data (name, email, etc.) to build your software and manage bookings. We never sell your data. We use secure partners like Supabase and Vercel. You own your data rights under RA 10173 and GDPR.

DanielaDevCorp is the "Data Controller" for the personal data processed through our services. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and applicable international standards.
Digital sovereignty is at the core of our technical philosophy; we protect your data as if it were our own.
2. What Data We Collect
We process data necessary to facilitate technical development and inquiries:
- Personal Info: Name, professional email, company.
- Booking Details: Technical requirements and project scopes provided in forms.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, and usage telemetry.
- Auth Data: Profile identifiers from Google OAuth (if used).
3. Methods of Collection
Data is gathered via:
- Direct Forms: Entry of details in our booking and contact modules.
- Automated Logs: Standard server and analytics tracking.
- Third Parties: Secure handshake with authentication providers.
4. Data Sharing & Infrastructure
We do not sell data. We utilize enterprise-grade infrastructure partners:
- Supabase: PostgreSQL database and secure auth hosting.
- Vercel: Front-end hosting and edge computing.
- Google: OAuth identity verification.
5. Data Retention
We retain project-related data for the duration of our contract plus 3 years for support. Non-converted inquiries are held for 12 months. Tax and legal records are kept for 10 years as per BIR regulations.
6. Your Rights
Under RA 10173 and GDPR, you possess the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You may also object to processing or request data portability.

7. Security Measures
